Anandra, Michele Ford, and Nathaji Swami Khecharanatha are collaborating to offer a sweet 5-day retreat into the yoga of sound!
Daily Schedule (See video☝️!)
Sleep like a baby in sublime quiet & arise to joyous birdsong and near-daily rainbows!
8:30-9:45AM enlivening yogāsana with Michele
10:15-11:45AM delicious nāda yoga and chant session with Anandra
12PM vegetarian lunch, rest, waterfall dip and time to BE
3-3:30PM chanting with Anandra
3:30-5PM Tantrik philosophy and meditation sādhanā with Nathaji.

Current & Aspiring Teachers
Continuing Education: If you're a Yoga Alliance registered teacher, this retreat fulfills 20 hours of continuing education.
Teacher Training: If you're enrolled in the Heart of Sound 200/300/500 hour online teacher training, this retreat fulfills some of your contact hours for group practices.
PLUS Anandra will be offering in-person study groups and events on Māui to support your learning.
